Mission Statement

Why we exist…

1 Thessalonians 1:3

The MISSION of Caleb International Ministries is to serve the Body of Christ as a Para-Church Ministry, crossing religious and cultural borders open to diversity within denominations, communities, and nations.

The primary targeted population is “serving those who serve”.  This includes Church Leaders within a variety of settings including, but not limited to: Pastors; Missionaries; Elders/Deacons; Directors of Ministries; etc.  They are served via:

  1. Caleb’s Leadership Institute
  2. Pastoral Counseling
  3. Administrative Consultation

The secondary targeted group includes all those in need of Pastoral Care whether it is individual or families.  This includes, but is not limited to: Hospitals, Prisons, and Nursing Home Visitation; Counseling; Benevolence; Mentally Challenged Support; etc.

Vision Statement

The Vision of Caleb International Ministries is to further equip and train Church Leaders.  Our desire is to help facilitate the development of Church Leaders who are committed to “Excellence in Ministry”, equal and surpassing those in Government, Industry, Research, the Arts, and Education.  We see in the future, the establishment of numerous Caleb Leadership Institutes, in various countries, established by those International Leaders who have attended our International Leadership Training Program.

This Training Program integrates the Theological Concepts, Pastoral Psychology Dynamics, and Administrative /Management Skills and Methodology.  Ecclesiastes 4:12 says, “… a chord of three strands is not easily broken.”   We believe that competency in the above three disciplines will produce a productive, trustworthy, and knowledgeable Leader
